Sociedad de Bolsas, S.A., company belonged to the Grupo BME, is in charge of the management and functionning of the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System (SIBE), technical trading platform of the spanish stock exchange market and where it is located the order book. Sociedad de Bolsas is the original source of the information generated from SIBE and is in charge of its organization and management. This company is also the owner of the index IBEX 35® and is in charge of its management, calculation, dissemination as well as of the review of its composition.

IBEX 35® is the Official Index of the Electronic Market of the Spanish Stock Exchange. Sociedad de Bolsas calculates, publishes and disseminates this index in real time. The surveillance of the index is responsability of the Technical Advisory Committee.

The information coming from Sociedad de Bolsas solely can be disseminated to third parties by those vendors that have an official agreement with Sociedad de Bolsas which must be in effect. SIBE platform has been developed by the Madrid Stock Exchange. The access to that electronic trading platform is implemented through the trading terminals that Sociedad de Bolsas supply (“SIBE Windows Terminal” TSW) or through External Applications homologated to that effect.
